Office Policies

LC Massage Therapy has a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.  If you need to Change or Cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 Hours in advance to avoid a charge of the full amount of your session.  This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

If you do not show up for you scheduled appointment, your gift certificate or package on fee will be used as payment.

As professional licensed therapists, we are dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.  Therapists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Any inappropriate behavior and/or use of alcohol and/or drugs will result in immediate termination of the session.

New Clients: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a health intake form and to discuss with your therapist what you would like to focus on.  If you are late to your session, we will do our best to accommodate you for the time you have left without penalizing the following client.  Clients who are 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee.

Due to the nature of our business, LC Massage Therapy does not offer refunds for massage services or Gift Certificates.

LC Massage Therapy accepts cash, check and credit card.

A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks for insufficient funds.
