Larissa Creedon

Licensed Massage Therapist

Larissa is a graduate from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY and received her New York State License in 2006.  She also holds a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Oswego in Health and Wellness management.  She became interested in massage therapy because her mother has a nursing background and she appreciated the medical aspect of massage and all of its benefits along with the compassion of helping others.  Through her education she has become passionate about science and the inner workings of the human body and its anatomy.

Larissa approaches her sessions with a wellness perspective to promote deep relaxation as well as to address specific concerns the client wants to work on.  Through effective communication, she intends to help clients get in tune with their body and better understand the origin of the concern he or she is addressing.  She then works to develop a plan for treatment and identify possible changes that will improve the client's overall well-being.  By gracefully combining her bodywork techniques with movement, Larissa provides an intuitive, fluid, detailed experience.  She enjoys working with clients to help relieve chronic pain and repetitive use patters/injuries, revolving athletic injuries/enhancing sports performance, and helping to maintain stress and anxiety.
